Well I'm Jean Philippe Giot (jpgiot at ifrance dot com), I only write a little part of this program, because a lot of work is already done by developpers listed in 'Extensions'.

Program ?

This is the really beginning of developpement of this program, it's a compilation of tools to manage files remotely (for example on a distant webserver)

License

As this program includes parts of others work in folder extensions/, they still belong to their license. For my part of the program it's in GPL (or LGPL for some classes) license.
